I show up to connect, share real stories, and leave people with something they can carry forward. Whether I’m talking about leadership, entrepreneurship, or navigating sports as a woman of color, I bring all of my experience with me, from athletic training rooms and classrooms to boardrooms and community spaces.

My work centers young women and girls, especially those finding their voice in sports and leadership. I speak with them in mind because I’ve been in their shoes, and I know how powerful it is to see what’s possible. I create and develop programs and initiatives that introduce real opportunities and build confidence, helping them grow into leaders who are ready to make their own impact.
